CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask any cancellations are made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to be charged 50% of the total service amount, unless the service is rescheduled and performed within a week of the original appointment if the service provider’s schedule is permitting. Same day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service fee. No call no shows will be charged a no show fee up to 100% of the scheduled service. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late may have to be rescheduled to a later date and may be charged the 50% cancellation fee. Clients also agree that all card payments will be charged a 3.5% processing fee. By booking your appointment you agree to any and all terms listed
